No earthquakes, storms, tsunamis, bombings, war, brink of destruction, random disease outbreak, famine, plane or car crash or threatening gestures. I want a boring year where the worst thing is that Paris Hilton chips a nail. That'd be great.
For anyone who's ever wondered why I'm so weird about people rubbing my head, this is why. Well, that and aside from the hair thing. And this incident in 4th grade where some very White girl decided to rub my "nigger hair," which felt "just like carpet." But the less said about that day, the better.
