SATURDAY! The Musical!
Mar. 27th, 2004 01:26 pmAw. Thank God for sleep, the big reboot of life.
I got lots, LOTS LOTS of it yesterday...to the exclusion of most of my party life, but in retrospect, that's probably all for the best, right now.
Got home and crashed out for five hours, woke up, moved around for another five and then went unconscious for another 8.
This morning (because I actually got up in time for MORNING) was lovely. Sun shining bright, birds chirping, and a lawn to be mown.
Lots of lawn.
Mowed it, throwed it, and ate brunch type stuffage in record time, and now I'm happilly doing much needed laundry. Yay for laundry. Especially when the piles have actually reached critical mass and your bed is starting to get swallowed.
Now I'm getting myself together for a mad happy Birthday Party for one Justin type person (the birthday party is named "Fred" by the way), and then monday for Bri Bri's b-day, and far too much happening. But that's all good.
In other news, I have another Job interview (at least with the HR department) at the big Kaiser Permenente on wednesday. How that happened I don't know (thank you mom with the connections...well, sort of), but we'll see if it'll be worth my time that I'm going to have to take off. I'm going to talk to my boss type person. I need good references, and well, I'll get them from her (I do believe, anyway), but I have to let her know about it. Gah. That's going to be an ugly day too, cuz we're going to be ridiculously short staffed. Woo hoo.
Okay. Time to change off of The Victory Garden and move the clothes to the dryer! Up and AT EM!
