Sunday, and still alive.
Jul. 11th, 2004 11:44 amA good night out (3 in a row! Way to go!) to Par Avion last night. Chatted with Edgar
sickmodboy, and Michael
europopkid on and off throughout the night while Dave stood guard.
Danced my ass off, and ended the night 20 pounds lighter in the water weight. And I drank a freaking $6 bottled water. Came in a large glass bottle. Like drinking a really really really light beer. With zero carbs.
But got my party on, rocked out like a crazed dance fool, picked up a copy of The Aprils's cd (got to meet them too. Nice kids, though they spoke more english than I Japanese, funny that), and lit out early enough to get home, annoy my family (in a good way) by bopping around with hyper lovliness and then rinse off all the sweat.
Now to meet up with Alexander, and then to Bri Bri and Nelle's place before we all (Dave, too) jet to PJ's 30 birthday party.
Perhaps later tonight I shall take a dry run up to Wilshire to see where I need to go for the interview. Then again, I just might do it on Monday. Or just say screw it and do it cold on tuesday.
Man, my boss is going to shit when she hears that both Dave *AND* I have interviews this week. Oh, so sorry for everyone who is going to be stuck with her for a bit. Hahahahahahhahaa.
*ahem*
Here's to you, the hard workers of America! Those of us who keep the wheels turning, put up with careers and jobs that we don't like, or fully enjoy so that we can bring in a buck or two! Keep moving, keep hoping, and keep climbing towards that golden dream!
