...In Which Anthony Comments on Blind Date...

Wow.

I just watched the most personal episode of "Blind Date" that I've ever seen. They set up a black couple where the guy was nice, well spoken, goofy, and not into Hip-Hop. And she dissed him for not "being black enough." And he got pissed, righteously. What killed me is that he wasn't Carlton Banks from "Fresh Prince" or the like. He was just goofy. Damn, if I can't relate.

Her: "I've never dated a white guy...until tonight. I was just looking for someone with more 'soul' to him. A little more African American."

Him: "I don't know what she's talking about. When I look in to the mirror in the morning, I see a black man."

But then, he was also a bit of a dork.
