Okay, in five four three two...
Thursday was a night out to wish an old friend from College Happy Birthday up in the West Side, and was filled with a lot of folks I ain't seen in like almost ten years and was filled with pretty women, and handsome men, and I felt like I'm running behind everyone else and bragging about my silly little life at the same time. Go fig.
Friday was hell at work (for me, in my head) for many reasons and a little bit of a letdown in the evening. Wished a good birthday to a good friend (and that wan't nearly enough) and then got a date cancelled on me, ended up with a hang out with a different pretty woman/friend over Sushi and then went and danced and was stepped on and fussed about people who were rude, and then drove home feeling a little let down, if not danced out.
Got up ass early for how late I went to bed, worked on film stuff and house stuff and not enough stuff all day and then got up, got dressed and got Jenber and headed for a party where there was merryment, cute, single girls (with which I flirted and was flirted at) and Happy Tree Friends in excess and the getting home really really late.
Got up late, on sunday, worked around on junk that hadn't been finished, ended up watching Battlestar Galactica, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Beauty and The Beast (the tv show) with Mom. Banged head on desk while the computer whirred, but managed to get some planning done. Then had a looooong all over the place, yet productive meeting with Sean, worked on some things, and then recalled that had to drop Mom off early monday morning. Went to bed significanly later than expected and promptly fell wide awake.
Woke up on time for a change, and am tireder than hell. I'm currently being fuelled by 1 Red Bull, 1 Brownie, and 1 Snickers. Have many projects with fingers in both for work and extra-curricular. Trying to focus and not have head explodey.
But, s'all good, more or less. Last reality check:
Work projects due within the next week and a half: 4.
Film to be shot too soon for my head to wrap around: 1.
Weeks until said film: 3.
Calls to make until all those projects are done: Zillions.
Phone calls to girls that need to be eventually made: 5.
Number of said calls that may actually lead to a date: 0.5.
Meetings to attend within the next two weeks: 10.
Casting sessions to attend in the next two weeks: 4.
Number of drinks of Highly caffinated beverages to be consumed: TBD.
Films submitted to Sundance within the last month: 1.
Approximate Number of weeks until we find out if we got in: 11.
Hours of sleep from last night: 3.5.
Young lovely ladies on whom Anthony is crushing, currently: 4.
Said young ladies who are actually "available" at the moment: 1.5.
Number of Breaths Anthony has taken while writing this: Not nearly enough.
If you don't stop long enough to sit down, you won't realize that you're baked, burt and currently a walking zombie on speed, right? Right?
