...In Which Anthony Checks In...
Oct. 8th, 2005 12:13 amNo, really, I'm still alive. Don't belive any rumours or whatnot.
Sure, I've not really slept in three days. Or really eaten--it's a wonderful realization that the Hostest Apple Pie and the back of pork rinds is the most food you've eaten that wasn't chocolate in three days.
Wait, I ammend that. I did, in fact eat a Subway sandwhich on Wednesday...Wednesday? That was the time I found a staple in a chocolate chip cookie. Maybe I'll remember to tell that story later.
In the meantime, I'm just about done with one work project (which I'm proofreading again this weekend), got a bit of a reprieve from another, as it got canceled (yay!), and will be done with the film (all things being equal) after this weekend.
Anthony will resume normal business hours and be not sleeping due to partying, writing, or general stupidity, other than specific stupidity.
In the meantime, know that I'm still alive. And making short films with Alex et al. And I shan't break down and freak out when companies flake on me, I find out that I missed something important, or find myself walking down a cul-de-sac in LA with a clipboard and sweating my suit out...it's all good.
Because in less than 24 hours, I can watch the tape of Lost, Survivor and then SLEEP. Concept.
Until then, I'mstill kicking.
Now to run to Kinkos, fill out some forms, pack up some gear for manana, prep food (thanks mom and granny), and figure out how much wood I'll need for the platform on the scaffolding...and then try and sleep before getting up again at 5amish to be out the house to rent a truck and buy wood and maybe rent another scaffold so I can get it to set in West LA by 7am.
Oh, the thrill...
Um, yes. Off and then sleep. Oh yeah. And maybe eating is good (still haven't really done that yet..this is like the adrenaline, caffine diet...fucks up your emotional state, but does wonders for the waistline!)
Brain, don't fail me now.
