Anthony vs. The Middle of The Week

It's Wednesday.

Woot.

I'm currently feasting on corn dogs and twinkies. Comfort food. And it's yummy.

Today is...okay...the owner of the company called and offered his understanding about what I shall term "The Rude and Unprofessional Incident." Turns out, he figures he would have done the same thing I did, worked it the same way. And that it wasn't cool what the other guy did, even if he's a good client. So they've got my back...and/or are afraid that I'm gone like the wind if I'm having a bad day...which is true they just don't know that...

I really want to take a nap. Right now. Instead, I'm working on cases and listening to The Decemberists and Avenue Q...

It's all about "Gary Coleman" singing "You Can Be As Loud As The Hell You Want When You're Making Love." Great song. Well, that and "I'm Not Wearing Underpants Today."

But I am. Yehaw.

interesting confluence of phallic lunch with highly-phallic dessert, I must say.
:)

Dessert? I had dessert?

Wow, I wasn't even thinking about the Freudian implications of my lunch choices. I almost had a hot dog, too. Almost got a piece of pizza...what *that* says, I have no idea.

I have this strange and sudden urge to go eat donuts and drink water...huh...

This sentence makes me strangely compelled to point out that a very vulgar Polish slang term for female genitalia is similar in sound to "pizza".

Wow. Appalled and intrigued.

And very confused at what that imagery is doing to me. I have this sudden urge to buy Monostat 1...

Well, as far as I know the similarity between the two words is purely one of pronunciation/sound, not etymology. The Polish term is not based on some weird equation of the two things.
