No, I'm not Goth, thank you...
Mar. 12th, 2005 11:03 am...I just do the "I'm sad, I'm a tree, I'm dead" dance a lot. It comes in waves...I can also do the Time Step, The Time Warp, The Tootsie Roll, The Electric Slide, The Roger Rabbit, The Wop, The Running Man, and The Mashed Potatos, The Pony, and a truly unpolished watltz.
Try a dance, learn a new step--only 10 cents a dance.
So, I messed up, stepped on toes, and got asked to sit out a few dances. To actually figure out how to do the Watusi before coming back to the floor, or to not darken the door again. So there it is...
But I'm much better today than I was a couple of days before. Figured out some new things to do, some things to work on, and well...came to grips with some things. Better to put my eggs in *this* basket, rather than *that* basket.

No longer worrying, you see...just dealing, listening, feeling for the beat of the music...improvising something, and going wherever it leads.
Not stupid happy, but still smiling...cuz sometimes ya gotta laugh at that shit.
