Hate Monday. Hate Monday. Hate Monday. Monday Suck.

Had a really good, nigh on Great weekend. Good response to our films. Good time mini-party afterwards. Casting session with at least 2 good finds. Good nap afterwards. Good time at Karaoke with Alisha et. al. Good time hanging out with Alisha and seeing test screening for Tortilla Heaven on the Sony Studio Lot. Good film. Good time hanging out with family. Good night's sleep.

Was having a good day. Then stupid, bad stuff. Bad. Grrrr. Frustration. Fruh-stray-shunn. And later I'm sure I shall be the blame-ee.

Monday suck. SUCK. But otherwise, I'm all good. I have head up, and not going to worry about it too much. "Que Sera Sera."

And in other news, MIT is throwing a Time Traveler Convention. I think I'll visit in like twenty years...

So, what I really needed today was an upper.

I got chocolate chip cookies at work. Which was AWESOME.

Then I got home to find my Obi-Wan Lightsaber kit from ebay came in...and it had the added bonus of getting the gear piece which I was told he didn't have! Awesome! I'm such a geek, but rock and roll.

And then I was reminded when I looked at the dark pink invite sitting on my dresser, that--because of my friend Alex--I'M GOING TO THE PLAYBOY MANSION ON THURSDAY!!! What for, you ask? To the luncheon announcing PLAYMATE OF THE YEAR 2005. So, yeah, when I asked my boss for the time off, the lovely lady that Val is, said "Awesome! bring me back a souvenir!" It's good to have a boss which understands...totally understands...

So yeah...I've got my lightsaber, and I've got my invite to the playboy mansion...

There's a great geek joke in there somewhere, but I'm thinking about the box of chocolate bars that's calling my name...
