Yes, I'm still alive.

Been busy (in many ways).

Since I've been back from Canada I've:

Been on a really good date.

Had several insanely productive days.

Slept so little that the me from a couple of months ago would say "Fool, go get some sleep!"

Have had some really neat news.

Met someone's newish son, and learned that he will have the coolest nickname ever.

Caught up with several old friends.

Finished reading several books.

Had a moment of "aaaargh" from having my room redone without my permission, but came to terms and eventually to appreciate it.

Written.

Done more push ups than I've done in a while.

Banged a toe on an ill-placed radio and had my toenail taken off by it.

Smiled. A whole lot.

Put another 400 miles on my car.

Thought. A lot.

Right now, I'm gearing up to head to the Saturday edition of WorldCon: LA ConIV for Fictionados Tea and Reading and maybe catching a panel or two.

Later, I'll be gearing up for heading out to NYC for outlawradio's wedding. Woot.

In the meantime there, I hope to do some serious competative sleeping.
